Death - As introduced, extends from 30 calendar days to 30 business days from receipt of notice of the death of a person aged 55 years of age or older, the time in which the department of health has to notify the bureau of TennCare of the death. - Amends TCA Title 30; Title 31; Title 32; Title 66; Title 68 and Title 71.
