Education, Dept. of - As introduced, requires the department to annually report the total amount of education funding paid to each state agency responsible for the education of a child in state custody for the immediately preceding school year and to provide the report to the chairs of the education committees of the general assembly by October 1 of each year. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 3, Part 3.
