Teachers, Principals and School Personnel - As introduced, creates a new practitioner license for persons seeking to become licensed teachers; requires the department of education, when issuing an educator license to an out-of-state educator, to issue a license that is equivalent to the license the educator possessed prior to moving to this state; requires the state board of education to approve alternative teacher endorsement and licensure pathways. - Amends TCA Title 49.
