Probation and Parole - As introduced, requires each private entity that provides misdemeanor probation services to provide, in the entity's quarterly report to the clerk of the applicable criminal court and general sessions court, a list of offenses for which the entity provides services and the number of cases for each offense. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
