Economic and Community Development - As introduced, requires commissioner of economic and community development to submit to the speakers of both houses, by April 1 of each year, a summary of small business resources available in the categories of technical assistance and incentives, and for each small business program, the number of businesses served, relevant performance metrics, and recommendations for improvement, if any. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 67.
