Veterans - As introduced, requires the state veterans home board to submit its annual report on the state veterans' homes to the members of the state government committee of the house of representatives and state and local government committee of the senate; deletes an obsolete reference to the "joint select committee on veterans' affairs". - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 49; Title 55; Title 58 and Title 67.
