Marriage - As introduced, enacts the "Disentanglement Act"; states that policies that respect and endorse a secular marriage between a man and woman must continue to be enforced and agents of the state must only issue and recognize secular marriage licenses. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 36 and Title 49.
