Tobacco, Tobacco Products - As introduced, requires the commissioner of agriculture to submit a report to the senate health and welfare committee and the house health committee, if the commissioner promulgates emergency rules regarding the sale of tobacco. - Amends TCA Title 33, Chapter 10 and Title 43, Chapter 19.
