Highways, Roads and Bridges - As introduced, changes from September 1 to September 30 of each year, the date by which the county road superintendent or other county highway official must annually submit to the county governing body and chief executive officer, a revised inventory of machinery, equipment, and other materials used by the county for county road and bridge construction. - Amends TCA Title 54 and Title 55.
