Prisons and Reformatory Institutions - As introduced, requires correctional institutions to provide postpartum prisoners access to breast pumps to express milk, provide sanitary storage for the expressed milk, and allow for visits to enable breastfeeding or for the timely collection of the stored milk by members of the prisoner's family. - Amends TCA Title 41, Chapter 21, Part 2.
