State Universities - As introduced, removes, for the board of trustees of each of the six state universities, the requirement that each of the boards file with the office of the secretary of state a determination of necessity allowing a quorum of its members to participate in a meeting by electronic or other means when a physical quorum is not present at the location specified in the notice of the meeting. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 44; Title 49, Chapter 8 and Title 49, Chapter 7.
