Cooperatives - As introduced, states that the statutes regulating rural electric and community services cooperatives do not abrogate or otherwise affect any obligation of a cooperative to comply with applicable safety and permitting requirements with respect to property held by a railroad company. - Amends TCA Section 65-25-105.
