Teachers, Principals and School Personnel - As introduced, prohibits a public school, public charter school, LEA, local board of education, or charter school governing body from requiring a teacher to be on duty more than one hour per week outside of the required workday established by the local board of education or charter school governing body, except in the event of extraordinary circumstances, as identified by the principal. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 13 and Title 49, Chapter 6.
