Criminal Offenses - As introduced, requires a person at the scene of an emergency to attempt to obtain emergency assistance for another whom the person knows or reasonably should know is exposed to or has suffered serious bodily injury; creates a Class C misdemeanor offense for a knowing violation, punishable by fine only. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 1 and Title 40.
