Domestic Violence - As introduced, requires a defendant, prior to entering a guilty plea for a domestic violence offense, to sign a domestic violence offense firearm notification form stating the requirements of lawful dispossession, to be developed by the administrative office of the courts. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 1.
