Law Enforcement - As introduced, adds exemption to warrant requirement for drone use by law enforcement when drone is deployed to provide or enhance security for an event open to the public and where attendance is expected to exceed 100 persons, including concerts, athletic events, and fairs; establishes viewing and retention standards for collected video. - Amends TCA Title 38; Section 39-13-609 and Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 9.
