Tort Liability and Reform - As introduced, gives a member of the Tennessee state guard who is a licensed attorney immunity from any claim, complaint, or suit of any nature which relates to or arises from legal services provided in good faith to a member of the Tennessee state guard, national guard, or any branch of the United States military, when provided in the attorney's capacity as a member of the Tennessee state guard, except in cases of gross negligence. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 9, Chapter 8; Title 23; Title 29 and Title 58.
