Criminal Offenses - As introduced, expands the offense of intimidating others from exercising civil rights to include intimidating a business, educational institution, religious institution, or government entity; imposes a fine of not less than $2,500 nor more than $10,000 for a conviction while wearing a mask or disguise with the intent to commit such a crime. - Amends TCA Section 39-17-309.
