Banks and Financial Institutions - As enacted, increases the maximum annual interest rate (or equivalent daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly rate) that a bank may charge and collect with respect to extensions of credit made on credit card accounts from 21 percent to 30 percent. - Amends TCA Title 45, Chapter 2, Part 19.
