Game and Fish Laws - As enacted, establishes that requirements on the size, placement and inspection of steel traps used in the taking of wildlife be set by rule or proclamation of the fish and wildlife commission, as necessary, rather than by statute. - Amends TCA Title 70, Chapter 1, Part 1 and Section 70-4-120.
