Utilities, Utility Districts - As introduced, requires a municipality seeking to dispose of all or substantially all of the electric plant of a municipal electric system to hold two public meetings in which certain information concerning the disposition is disclosed prior to a vote in an election approving the disposition. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 36, Part 1 and Title 7, Chapter 52.
