Tennessee Emergency Management Agency (TEMA) - As enacted, establishes that local emergency management agency personnel have all rights, benefits, privileges, and protections available pursuant to state and local laws, including death benefits in the amount of $25,000. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 1 and Title 58.
