Industrial Development - As enacted, authorizes, in certain circumstances, transfer of parcels of property located on a remediation site in Oak Ridge to the industrial development board consistent with the terms of the conveyance. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 53 and Title 67, Chapter 5.
