State Inmates - As introduced, specifies minimum reimbursement rates to counties for the housing of state inmates; states that the reimbursement rate for housing state prisoners shall not be less than the following amounts per inmate per day: for the period of July 1, 2017, until June 30, 2019, not less than $42.00; and for the period of July 1, 2019, and thereafter, not less than $47.00. - Amends TCA Title 8 and Title 41.
