Sunset Laws - As enacted, extends the department of economic and community development four years to June 30, 2021; requires the department to report back to the government operations committee on the department's response to the findings in the performance audit report by December 31, 2017. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29, Part 2 and Title 4, Chapter 3.
