Campaigns and Campaign Finance - As introduced, prohibits using public buildings or facilities for campaign activities for all popularly elected officials, officials elected by the general assembly, qualified candidates for public office, members of the governor's cabinet, and members of the governor's staff. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 19, Part 2.
