Insurance, Health, Accident - As introduced, includes as a requirement for the timely reimbursement of health insurance claims that any claim submitted to an insurer by a provider electronically will be paid within 10 days if the provider had obtained a preauthorization for the claim. - Amends TCA Title 56.
