Funeral Directors and Embalmers - As enacted, specifies that a licensed funeral establishment is not prohibited from preparing any remains for disposition or performing, or offering to perform, commemorative services, if the commemorative services are performed in compliance with applicable laws and rules. - Amends TCA Title 62, Chapter 5 and Title 68.
