Local Education Agencies - As introduced, requires the office of research and education accountability (OREA) in the office of the comptroller of the treasury to study and report to the education committees of the senate and house of representatives on the issue of electing a director of schools versus allowing the local board of education to appoint the director of schools. - Amends TCA Title 49.
