Business Organizations - As enacted, removes the prohibition on nonprofit corporations and LLCs reserving or using more than five assumed names during the five-year period that an assumed corporate name is effective. - Amends TCA Section 48-207-101(d)(4) and Section 48-54-101(d)(4).
