Driver Licenses - As enacted, requires that driver licenses be printed in vertical format for persons under 21 years of age; authorizes licensees to replace vertical format license with horizontal one upon reaching 21 years of age for the cost of a duplicate license. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 50, Part 3.
