Vital Records - As introduced, requires that a medical examiner make certain findings before listing suicide as a cause of death, and creates a presumption against a determination of cause of death by suicide; creates a process by which a deceased person's spouse, parent, guardian, next of kin, or estate administrator can request the medical examiner reconsider a determination of cause of death by suicide. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 3, Part 5.
