Election Laws - As introduced, deletes the requirement that a county election commission publish in a newspaper of general circulation a notice of the time and place of a supplemental voter registration, at least three days before the supplemental voter registration, and with notice that transfers of registration can be conducted at the supplemental voter registration. - Amends TCA Section 2-2-114.
