Domestic Violence - As introduced, adds the chair of the criminal justice committee of the house of representatives and the chair of the judiciary committee of the senate to the list of persons to whom the domestic violence state coordinating council must submit its annual report. - Amends TCA Title 16; Title 36; Title 38, Chapter 12; Title 39; Title 40 and Title 41.
