Energy - As introduced, urges the department of military to study the impacts of wind energy on military installations and operations in this state; requires the department to submit its findings and recommendations within 90 days from the conclusion of the study to the members of the agriculture and natural resources committee of the house of representatives and the energy, agriculture and natural resources committee of the senate. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 65; Title 67; Title 68 and Title 70.
