Education, Higher - As introduced, prohibits a state institution of higher education or a governing body of a state institution of higher education from entering into, or requiring an opposing party to enter into, a non-disclosure agreement during settlement or as a prerequisite to settlement for any act of harassment, assault, or discrimination. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 7; Title 49, Chapter 8 and Title 49, Chapter 9.
