Water Pollution - As introduced, changes from January 31 to January 20 the date by which the commissioner of environment and conservation must submit an annual report concerning the efficiency of the water quality control permitting process to the chair of the energy, agriculture and natural resources committee of the senate and the chair of the agriculture and natural resources committee of the house of representatives. - Amends TCA Title 68 and Title 69.
