Teachers, Principals and School Personnel - As introduced, revises the percentage of student achievement data based on student growth data that may be calculated in the evaluation criteria for a teacher or principal, in the 2018-2019 school year and in subsequent school years, based on the percentage of Tennessee comprehensive assessment program (TCAP) questions released by the department of education. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 1.
