Criminal Procedure - As introduced, includes one misdemeanor offense and any offenses considered one single offense for expunction purposes under current law as eligible offenses qualifying to petition for expunction under certain circumstances; splits the expunction fee among counties if the petition for expunction is for multiple offenses committed in different counties. - Amends TCA Section 40-32-101.
