Traffic Safety - As introduced, establishes a maximum amount of revenue to be received by local governments for collection of traffic fines; sets maximum at 15 percent of total revenue of local government; requires excess revenue be transferred to the state general fund. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 9; Title 16 and Title 55.
