Taxes, Privilege - As introduced, requires comptroller to conduct random audits of any persons or entities receiving proceeds from tax on the privilege of occupancy in a hotel, with such audits to include an accounting of how the proceeds are used. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 4, Part 14.
