Beer - As enacted, authorizes Montgomery County to control the issuance, revocation, and suspension of licenses for the storage, sale, manufacture, and distribution of beer within a park owned by the county that is in the municipal boundaries of Clarksville; clarifies reference to local governmental entity in certain provision regarding beer permits. - Amends TCA Title 57, Chapter 5.
