Motor Vehicles, Titling and Registration - As introduced, provides one registration plate, free of charge, to each qualified veteran; authorizes local governments to exempt qualified veterans from the motor vehicle privilege tax for such plate. - Amends TCA Section 5-8-102 and Title 55, Chapter 4.
