Recycling - As introduced, requires the department of environment and conservation to include a description of the activities of the office of cooperative marketing for recyclables in its annual report on solid waste management. - Amends TCA Section 41-2-123; Section 57-5-201; Section 67-4-402; Title 68, Chapter 211 and Chapter 616 of the Public Acts of 2010.
