Local Education Agencies - As introduced, requires an LEA to offer community colleges and TCATs the opportunity to provide early postsecondary credit courses in the LEA before offering the opportunity to public universities or private institutions of higher education. - Amends TCA Section 49-6-414 and Section 49-7-155.
