Mobile Homes and Manufactured Buildings - As introduced, requires the commissioner of commerce and insurance to annually submit a report to the general assembly detailing the implementation of the enforcement plan for federal manufactured home construction and safety standards under the National Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974 and any agreements entered into with the department of housing and urban development. - Amends TCA Title 45; Title 47; Title 55; Title 56; Title 66 and Title 68.
