Child Custody and Support - As introduced, eliminates procedural distinctions between parents who spend substantially equal time with child and those who do not when considering child custody in parental relocation; focuses determination on best interests of child; establishes burden of proof to demonstrate relocation is proper is on relocating parent. - Amends TCA Title 36, Chapter 6.
