Hospitals and Health Care Facilities - As introduced, prohibits any entity from operating as an accrediting agency of health care facilities in this state if the assessment of pain management is a part of the entity's accrediting process; effective until July 1, 2021. - Amends TCA Title 33; Title 56; Title 63 and Title 68.
