Utilities, Utility Districts - As introduced, changes from February 1 to January 1, the deadline by which the comptroller must provide to the speaker of the house of representatives and the speaker of the senate an annual report that lists the average annual water loss contained in the audited annual financial report for utility districts operating public water systems. - Amends TCA Title 7; Title 29; Title 47, Chapter 9; Title 65; Title 67 and Title 68.
