Public Funds and Financing - As enacted, clarifies that "balloon indebtedness" under the Local Government Public Obligations Act of 1986 includes the refinancing of a debt that creates a final maturity date that is 31 or more years from the original date of issuance. - Amends TCA Section 9-21-134.
